Company as a whole is good. Tech department is dysfunctional.

Flexible hours, good salary at start, phone and internet reimbursement

No communication from management, minimal raises, gym membership is good if you live close to the gym where you work at (Chanhassen is platinum level but all the gyms towards the middle of minneapolis are a higher level. If you work at corporate you will be set as platinum.), minimal career development in tech area of corp., HR hiring process is a nightmare, impossible to get tech training (even at the <$100 level, was told 'no').
