- Innovative - Ever changing - Exposure to executive leaders - No red tape - Healthy, fitness minded coworkers - Tons of passion & energy - No Corporate dress code - Great employee discounts & free membership. - Quick promotions for strategic, hardworking folks Yes, it's a performance based culture. Yes, there are high expectations. Yes, you are asked to do more each year. This is a growing company so they need employees who are willing to work hard. If you do, you're rewarded. If you don't, you're not. It's pretty simple.

Cons

- Fast growth = some disorganization - Corporate is not very collaborative but is getting better - When employees leave, they take all their knowledge with them (little cross-training/SOPs) - Political (you'd find this anywhere though) - Old school mentality when it comes to work arrangement (no flex schedules, little work from home or remote opportunities).

You can create a great long term career here. This culture rewards performance and mission focus so if you value these things this can be a great place to work. I enjoy the company becasue we make a positive impact on the coummunity we serve by offering a great place with dedicated people.

Cons

If you do not value a performance culture then Life Time will not be a good fit for you. The culture fit at Life Time is not for everyone.
