Pros

They do have a great benefits package. The convenience of a free membership is good if you're able to find the time to work out.

Cons

you are forced to regularly work 80+ hours a week if you have any hope of meeting your required goals. You can easily make more money working anywhere else if you divide your pay by the hours you have to work. The management in this company is comprised of some of the most incompetent individuals I have ever come across. It makes you wonder if the majority of them have been exposed to any form of formal education. Keep in mind there is NO base pay whatsoever. Many times you are NOT given the basic tools to succeed. "oh really? It's slow? Just hand out some more free passes".

Pros

It is The Healthy Way of Life Company You are encouraged to work out and use the facilities daily The employees are high caliber, educated, and generally motivated to want to do well

Cons

The pay for Team Members is embarrassingly low. There is very little consistency in procedures and processes It's a good'ol boy club - Drink the Kool-Aid or you'll be gone. Training is about cramming it down your throat so it is memorized just long enough to pass the tests.
