Pros

- The company truly wants to be on the cutting edge of providing top quality health care that focuses on the whole body - You get to improve countless lives for a living; it's incredibly rewarding - You get to meet a diverse and interesting group of people on a continuous business - Constant education is provided from the company on relevant topics (ie: dangers of high cortisol levels) - Opportunities for advancement/promotion occur on an acceptable timeline - Mentoring by senior staff is available on a regular basis - Free gym membership is a nice perk

Cons

- Your paycheck is never guaranteed; it's a monthly stress to hit goals and budgets - The paycheck structure is confusing; too many variables affect it - Some menial work is required, no matter the level of position/authority - Hours can be long - Environment can be focused on individual achievement instead of team - Gossip is prevalent

Pros

If you are ambitious and have a entrepreneurial spirit, this is the place for you. This organization provides those who like to work hard with tremendous opportunities to grow their professional skill sets. Some may view this as a con, however I really enjoy the fast-paced work environment at Life Time and sure the hours can be long, but when you love what you are doing it's hard to call it all work.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind immediately - which is probably good. If I had to list a con, I think it would be to remember to carve out down time for yourself and/or family as the work here, as fun as it can be, can really suck you in if you let it.

Pros

Energetic environment for people that like change and can give a lot of advancement opportunities. Most people are there because they really like their job and want to make a difference.

Cons

Life Time is always trying to get better, which means there are new initiatives launching constantly. This change can either be viewed as a positive or can be a large struggle for some.
