      Amazing knowledge and continuing education when you attend the regional calls. 98% of the people are great and considered friends as well as co-workers.

      Cons

      Sales pressure can sometimes be a little much, but it comes with the job.

      You will get plenty of hours and free access to the club.

      Cons

      Poor management, very high turnover, lots of corporate propaganda, and management will rarely if ever back you up instead choosing to bribe complaining customers with LT Bucks.

      Pros

      Free gym membership. Discounts on the food, spa services, fitness classes and other amenities. Friendly work environment and employees from all departments are very friendly.

      Cons

      We are often understaffed during busy times in the cafe which makes it difficult to complete daily tasks. Sometimes the supply orders are not accurate or complete and we run out of supplies for making food or cleaning. We are not allowed to accept tips.
