Pros

Getting to work with kids and explore a passion there. Ability to have a job where your job is to have fun and express that fun with younger people.

Cons

So much work. Minimum wage, limited hours on occasion due to overstaffing. Management would promote sexual partners and friends over other individuals. Free gym membership was great

Pros

Within a facility there are a variety of jobs one could peform/switch to/be promoted to. Within the company, I believe it is the case that all employees receive free membership benefits. On the whole, Lifetime provides a family-oriented/fast-moving work place.

Cons

Lots of turn-over which leaves to mismatches between individual qualifications and job responsibilities. With that said, anyone who stays at the company could probably move up if they hold. Not an amazing place to work, but bearable.

opportunity is abundant if you are really willing to work and dedicate your time.

Cons

many pay deductions and human resource or business methods that are confusing for all staff and purposely not well defined it seems. As a trainer and manager it is confusing as to pay details.
