      Pros

      Co-workers were great. Working in a facility that is always clean. Good benefits. Time off is usually easy to come by

      Cons

      Management could care less about employees that are not in their department. There is no cohesion between different departments

      Pros

      I was blessed to have a boss that taught me more about nutrition then I could have ever learned through school or seminars. Education is a available and great, but no CEs for it and it isn't recignized outside Lifetime.

      Cons

      Long hours (have to work your mine hour shift and minimum 4-6 hours a week of non pay mandatory meetings) Terrible pay ( barely make 50% of the cut for sales) session rates usually push $99 am hour Bad managerial structure (more time and effort the more hours given to you) High turnover

      Pros

      The company encourages a healthy way of life, offers many educational tools to team members and members. As an employee (depending on your department), lots of training is offered that sets you up for success in your position and possibly future professional endeavors.

      Cons

      Company branding policies left very little room for individual creativity, sales expectations always raised upon hitting goal and therefore never satisfied. Very little work/life balance... taking time off puts you at risk of not achieving goals or objectives.
