It really is a great place to workout: wide variety of machines and equipment, very well kept locker rooms and towel service.

Cons

Departments don't work together because each one has it's own priorities. Management has extremely high expectations and gives next to nothing in return. They work you like a dog when they need you and send you home if payroll is too high (regardless of the need to adequately provide for members or for you to make money). They seem to feel that a free membership is supposed to make up for that. Employees are expected to work multiple major holidays and mandatory "volunteering" is implemented when they have events going on. Ultimately, management doesn't care about job satisfaction or the of well being of it's employees. It just sees them as little worker bees that assist in making them more money.
