      Pros

      White Bear Lake Life time is a great club to work for. The employees and the environment is great to be around. They work very hard to make ever experience above and beyond for the Members!

      Cons

      MEA's work very hard and put in long hours to make sure they are meeting their goals month after month. Some employees are not being compensated for their hard work and seniority.
