      Pros

      The people I work with are great and the managers are all very nice. It is nice that you get a membership with your employment.

      Cons

      The manager turn over is very high. I have not had a manager in the same position for more then a year and half. Because of the high turn over changes that may need to be made within each team do not get done as quickly as it should.
