      A very fun environment and they train you with universal skills that can be use in and out of the water.

      There weren't as many hours as I liked for there to be but it did give me a steady source of income.

      a lot of camaraderie, and team sales environment. Decent commission payout depending on the location. advancement is a good possibility due to high turnover. good training.

      Cons

      Upper management advice was redundant and ineffective. A lot of cold calling. Hard close, manipulative sales approach. longs hours. 5 10 hour shifts a week which usually go over.
