There's a high turnover rate at my location. The management makes it your fault they don't have people applying - if they treated their employees nicley maybe people would stick around/ apply. They take your availability as more of a suggestion. I told them two months in advance I couldn't teach some days of my swim lessons and the department head told all the swim instructors we had to find our own coverage. That is not our job, even when we give you months in advance to find someome to replace us. They told us either find a sub or leave - which is unfair. I don't even know if they can do this. They told me corporate said it's our job, if we give you months in advance for our availablity how is it the employee's job? I would not recommend this to a person looking for a part time job. Even if you do it for the free membership you don't want to go on your days off anyways.
