expectation to work WAY over 50 hours per week no holidays off You are EXPECTED to make up paid time off days You ARE EXPECTED TO WORK ON YOUR DAYS OFF.

Pros

Nice facilities, family atmosphere, free membership. Coworkers all get along great and we treat each other like family. Nice facilities to workout in.

Cons

Treat employees as if they are expendable. The company recently raised trainer rates 5% and are using that 5% more or less as a surcharge. If trainers do not charge the additional 5% it will be deducted from the trainers pay. This company has become a terrible place to work since returning to private ownership under Leonard Green & Partners, TPG and LNK Partners.

Great benefits and education. Bahram's vision is very clear and you can feel the passion in the work place due to it. The best way to describe a career with lifetime is a healthy lifestyle.

Cons

It can feel like you're only a number. Which is hard to accept when you believe so much in a companies belief.
