They're cool with me working one night a week for 4 hours. Free signature membership which gives you access to all the clubs. Discounts 25-30% at the cafe and spa services.

Cons

pay is pretty much minimum wage, I'm not sure how full time employees survive with that pay.. very corporate now... management is slow to get things done
