      Pros

      The company offers very flexible hours. Has discount subscriptions. Great work culture and inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Pay rises challenging. HR unwilling and personal performance reviews aren't used as evidence. It falls on time served.

      Thank you for providing feedback. Flexibility and company culture are often highlighted as strengths of Leonardo as an employer. Our approach to pay varies depending on your role and if you are on a company programme. For Graduates we offer advanced progression depending on your length of time on the scheme and market benchmarks but this changes when you leave the scheme.

      Pros

      I work full time in a demanding role and outside of work, I care for two loved ones - an elderly parent and an unwell partner. Life can be very demanding at times, however the people culture and Ways of Working model at Leonardo enables me to continue in employment. I am trusted to deliver my work and flex my time when I need it to attend appointments or meet with support services . There is a supportive and open culture here where my People Leaders, my team and my customers of Engineers are understanding and emphathetic. It hasn't hampered my career too - of course it means I have to be organised and disciplined at work, and when leading on big projects, I need to have a plan B as a backup but I still enjoy an interesting, varied and challenging job. Knowing that when there are tough times I can speak openly, not hide what is going on in my life and have the knowledge that I have support to call on is very heartening and takes one worry away from me.

      There really is none - I'd just be nit picking
