Pros
Easy work, generally relaxed atmosphere, interesting product, opportunities to work abroad, rare opportunities for a sponsored degree, good pay for the area
Cons
Apprentice training scheme is very hit and miss, apprentices can be overlooked during placements (for example: no work for weeks on end), can only really progress if you know the right people, management across the company is generally poor (with some exceptions), poor attitude to other companies.
