      Pros

      I’ve spent half my 30 year career here and I have come back to work here again for the last 5 years. I have worked in plenty of other aerospace companies in the UK and abroad. In my opinion this is a good company to work for not only for the fact you can actually see and touch and handle the products you are working on but also the breadth of diverse opportunities.

      Cons

      Location is a bit of a bind but they do offer working from home part of the week.

      Pros

      Pay has been increased across the entirety of the UK Helicopter division, to match the rest of the company. Mostly improving younger professionals situation, with more discussions to improve older professionals position in the future. Lots of overtime available, and easy system for processing it.

      Cons

      Bonus payments are minimal. Pensions are still better then majority, but only due to the union holding the company to ransom after the loss of final salary.
