Pros
Pay has been increased across the entirety of the UK Helicopter division, to match the rest of the company. Mostly improving younger professionals situation, with more discussions to improve older professionals position in the future. Lots of overtime available, and easy system for processing it.
Cons
Bonus payments are minimal. Pensions are still better then majority, but only due to the union holding the company to ransom after the loss of final salary.
