All of our Early Careers Schemes feature regular salary increases. These increases reflect the rapid growth of people on the schemes and range from 11% to 18% annually while on the scheme depending on which it is. We believe these do take into account the increased value provided to the business and ensure all of those leaving the schemes are well placed to continue to grow and develop at Leonardo.
