Pros

Relaxed working environment and friendly colleges. Intriguing projects.

Cons

Company seems incapable of treating early careers with respect with terrible pay and refusal to negotiate, frequent patronizing comments and lack of respect from teams, and unashamed exploitation of members who might feel less able to speak up. There is no room for any personal pay negotiation within early careers even if you are able to demonstrate the value of your work to the business, and management as a whole seems disinterested in your progression and you personally.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We are really disappointed to hear of your experience and this is not how we would wish anyone to feel when working in a team environment. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer who values the views of all of our employees no matter their role in the business. Please reach out to your local People or Early Careers Business Partner to discuss this with you further. Regarding your pay and progression. All of our Early Careers Schemes feature regular salary increases. These increases reflect the rapid growth of people on the schemes and range from 11% to 18% annually while on the scheme depending on which it is. We believe these do take into account the increased value provided to the business and ensure all of those leaving the schemes are well placed to continue to grow and develop at Leonardo.
