Good pay and benefit packages, such as 401K, bouns structure, insurance, etc.

Cons

Poor communication among middle management and district management. As the company grew this got worse and worse for front line associates.

Pros

There is a lot of pros when it comes to LensCrafters. There is a lot of support on the training side and I believe they stand behind their brand. Health and dental insurance actually more affordable than most. Pay is a lot better than all their competitors. The culture is branded within the company it is one of the most positive environments I have been in, PTO is good and get 1 eyewear voucher after being there a year.

Cons

There are not a lot of challenges unless you do not like to work.

Will higher people without any prior experience in the industry and will cross train.

Cons

- Do not expect many hours unless you are the manager. - Expects cuts before benefits. - Cheap quality glasses but aren't aloud to tell customers that. - Not worth moving up.
