Flexible scheduling, thats about it. Oh, and you will get a good laugh every time they implement a new program, which is every year without fail.

Cons

Too many to list. Regional mgt is out of touch and some GM's shouldnt be in their job.

Job security. They have a great training program. They also offer a free pair yearly which is great. They also have a bonus system that pays decently.

Cons

Horrible pay. They also make people feel they worthless. They also don't care about your personal life. They make you feel as though they don't care at all.

flexible time, good training, the pay isnt that bad for the job that you do. their customer service skills will be golden in the future

Cons

management doesnt care about you, they cut your hours, they demand way too much stuff for the money that they pay
