lenscrafters is a good job but you will never get rich working there

Pros

good place to work over all but you have oppertunity to progress through your journey of optical empoyment, you can enter with minimun or no experience in the field and will be trained for the job

Cons

as it is a good place to work, i find it is more of a company you use to get the experience you need to get into another company that actually pays you what you deserve

Free eyewear after 1st year...maybe sooner if you can get approval from region ofc

Cons

The pay is horrible; There is always pressure to make goal even when the store has no traffic Only mngmt get benefits The General Managers throw employees "under the bus" to explain slow store sells There is no fun Recently, employees that received poor reviews had their pay decreased by 5% The company only gives 2% and 3% raises; it will take two good years to make up There are no standards for advancement unless you work in the lab.
