The benefits are pretty good considering it's retail, working in the lab you get to listen to music and as long as you get everything done its great.

Cons

Extremely limited room to grow, just about no valuable training unless it's for a new product or procedure that won't even last a year.

Company gives me some great benefits, and pay. One free pair of glasses a year for all associates! I also work with an amazing team.

Cons

Like any retail company, team environment differs by location. I was lucky to get the spot I have now. Also the company it self is pretty temperamental about hours and operations. At least twice a year they come out with a new "Plan of action" that all associates have to follow. This gets confusing and frustrating for some members. Also, the company is CONSTANTLY pushing us to cut hours. I don't think I've had a full 40 hours in a few months. My average work week is 32 hours.
