Management likes to think that they're are the creme de la creme of the corporate ladder. Wrong, it doesn't require a vast amount of education to run lenscrafters. Very hierarchial structure, where management will do what they want at the cost of employee satisfaction.

Pros

Great staff. The in store manager is always there for support. There is an opportunity for commissions if one wants to work for them.

Cons

method of sales is constantly changing. sometimes there are slow periods during the year but this is made up by the very high volume periods. some coworkers need to pull their own weight.
