A pretty good place to work and grow as an employee in the industry.

The schedule, the skills building, the people I worked with, the somewhat relaxed environment, and the company philosophy was agreeable.

Cons

The pay wasn't great for the amount that the glasses cost that I was making. Also there really wasn't a great way to resolve conflicts with other employees when I worked there.

Our spiff program is very good

All the equiptment is antiquated, and messes up constantly We are not given the hours we need to do the job efficiantly our regional managment is not concerned enough to make changes All jobs fall on employees who actually work hours are very scarce they expect employees to care about LC more than our own lives and much more
