Pros

all employees are friendly and easy to get along with, at my store we are a family, not just a team.

Cons

Lack of opportunities to advance. i have been with the company for over 3 years, have a college degree in business marketing and management, but they continue to bring in new people to the industry as managers and supervisors rather than promoting within. each store has a limited number of full time positions and are not willing to work with employees.

Seeing patients every 20 min. 1 hour lunch break

Cons

Long hours, hard to get time off, sometimes hard to get hours to stay full time, sometimes get busy and you dont get time for lunch especially saturdays.
