      Good base pay plus commission on each sale of glasses

      Cons

      Constant and unrealistic pressure by area management to meet or exceed sales quotas. We got emails and faxes literally a dozen or more times per day asking about shift sales update and with questions as to why are numbers were not what she expected them to be. These some times came in the middle of a snow storm when of course no one is out on the roads let alone shopping for new glasses!

      Current plan shows a lot of promise as they are taking line level feedback while updating the tools to allow for a better experience.

      Cons

      Mixed messages from corporate at the start getting much better now. Slow pace, labor cuts are expected and painful for full time employees when they do happen.
