Pros
Great sales training. They compensate you for travel. 401k One of the last companies to still have a pension.
Cons
Poor management, this particular manager would directly threaten coworker's hours if they didn't ____ (whatever the goal was that week. Poor pay for a licensed optician within the state, no flexibility. They would say that the pay was great considering what other opticians in the country were getting paid. Poor use of PTO. If they had to cut hours the company would expect you to use your earned time to compensate. Favoritism. Some employees were not required to have open availability, while the same people always worked nights/floor sets/Sundays/etc.
