Cons

Benefits could have been better. This company cares more about sales for their company over everything else. Managers can get very pushy and make you feel like you're never appreciated. Management responsibilities are given down to associates everyday.

Fun Job, worked with good people. Good Pay. You had the chance to travel to Summit and other training that kept you prepared to do well at your job.

Cons

You will be expected to work a lot of nights and weekends, the goals are set on a roling 13 week trend that causes you to never be able to sustain more than a few months in a row of hitting plan.
