Relatively flexible scheduling Fast-paced Commission Learning experience

Often short staffed so you're expected to preform 3 different sales at the same time Corporate is like helicopter parents, which could be a good thing too I suppose Managers like to sit in the back and talk for hours instead of helping so you need to walk away from the busy floor to get someone to help you. Coworkers and management will talk badly about you behind your back and if you take notice of it they will of course deny it. Very minimal raise every year in April. Not very easy to move up. Promises of promotions or advancement are made and NEVER acted upon.
