As soon as Girgio came on board, regional were cut into half making it almost impossible for Regional to encourage and support stores as needed. The company only has one focus which is SALES and KPI's running the whole operation based ONLY on numbers and nothing else. Store leaders required to update regional on an HOURLY basis and constantly being told that their results are not acceptable rather than trying to understand or figure out the root problem its automatically accused to the staff. In conference calls regional would say to fire the whole team and re-hire putting zero value in the staff, this is why they cant find anyone to work for them anymore, word spreads fast. No encouragement or anything positive was being shared, store leaders would constantly cry after conference calls, this energy soon took over the "lenscrafters" experience. When you would make a sale, no matter what it was it was never ever enough.
