Upper management is full of people without optical experience running stores like they would a candle shop. Upper management creates time wasting activities and thinks their initiatives matter but all they do is create more work for workers, who are usually understaffed. Endless useless training and conference calls. RM's yell at store managers because they didn't follow the random flavor of the week focus that will be forgotten in less than a month.
