I can not think of one , honestly left the worst taste in my mouth and everyone should know the only way LensCrafters can have a 3 star rating is if some of these reviews are fake

There is not one single pro I can think of.

Cons

No commitment to patient care. Micromanaging. Constant marketing bs delivered to associates as well as patients. Poor products for the money. Poor pay for doctors and staff. Extremely bad leadership at the highest levels.

Pros

You learn a skill that you can take elsewhere. Somewhat flexible schedule and a nice employee discount. Free pair each year. Got to work with some great people.

Cons

Low morale, low salary, they break alot of labor laws and no one does anything about it. When you contact HR about it, they look the other way. They keep GM's who should be fired just to keep their "diversity quota". They set people up to be fired. The new management has no Optical experience at all..none....and they care more about selling things customers don't need, just to make their sales goals. You are hired, and then they cut hours.
