Pros

Great benefits with awesome deals for employees. Lots of frames and glasses to choose from. Corporate is very nice to us. They celebrate their everyone throughout the entire company.

Cons

When I decided to to join the team. I told them I wanted to things. I wanted full time and I didn't want the pressure to be a salesman. I dislike being pressured to make sales. I wanted to help people not hook people. For a few months so far so good but when we opened our store..... my store manager became more are more pushy to make sales and to sale multiple and to sale progressive. "Overcomes the objection" she always says. But I did not listen. I wasn't going to force someone who has a budget to buy two pairs of $500 glasses and also talk them into buying a cleaner. Not to mention my manager also w Ants us to stand outside and get people into our store and buy glasses. I might as well stand outside and sell makeup or cars. By the way i was paid hourly + commission, and the commission system is a joke. I will be quitting as soon as a opportunity arise. Simply because it's unnecessary. I thought I was helping people. Instead I'm getting people out of money. Lenses are very expensive. Frames are as well. My hours as a part time sucks. I went from have 29hrs to 12hrs. My coworker had 4.5hrs at one point and they schedule you by your sells. Which isn't right at all.
