I work with an amazing team of dedicated and hardworking Retail and Lab employees, as well as a phenomenal Doctor's Staff. Giving the gift of sight is a great feeling.

Cons

If you are looking for a company that continues to raise the bar of expectations and lower the amount of resources it provides to do your job, this is the place for you. Payroll will be cut and your sales/KPI goals will be raised. You will spend your day tracking a ridiculous amount of things that should be automated in reporting. It is a greedy corporate culture with little to no regard for the hard working individuals in stores driving the daily business.

Great perks. 50% family and friend discount, wide selection, great lenses. Sometimes discounts may even go up to 75%. Free pair of glasses each year you work there.

Cons

They never have any hours in Atlanta. I’m part-time and they sometimes put me on schedule for 4 hrs. But their still trying to hiring more ppl.
