LensCrafters is not about equal opportunities, It's about who you know. Management will introduce you to people, to get you exposure, your positive results will not matter, but if you trend a bad year, forget it! give your resignation. You are not valued as an employee. It's all about what you can do for higher managers, you can be overlooked for growth opportunities if you perform too well in the store. You will be given stretch assignments to prove your worth, but if one year, your store falls a little, those stretch assignments are given to others and they make you feel like a failure.
