The colleagues who have to endure the same work conditions.

Cons

Heavy stress on making sales regardless of the well being of customers, but rather emphasizing heavily that we have financing options when in reality glasses could cost a fraction of what we cost. Luxottica owns much of the process from start to finish, so the inflated prices for frames and lenses is all pocketed by the parent company.

Too Many To list, can't believe anything that upper management tells you, they will lie to you just to use you up and then hire someone that doesn't even have experience in the business to manage their stores.
