Pros
Free glasses on your hire anniversary. Lab work is great if you're not pulled onto the sales floor.
Cons
Unrealistic sales goals. There are so many goals that literally can't all be made at the same time. You end up picking which goals you're willing to hear cr*p about from your manager because you CANNOT make all of them. So much superfluous training that you don't know is due until your manager texts you to tell you its late. You would think a huge company would be more organized. Scheduling is also terrible for full timers. They almost never get 2 days off in a row. Commission rates are not worth even thinking about.
