If you have worked there a long time, its a great company to work for. Good benifits. Good job for a young energetic person!

Cons

Work you to the bone, they keep downgrading benifits, weekend work, lots of turnover, not a job you can build a future in.

Cons

HR, execs and regional management treat employees very poorly. They only care about meeting the sales goal, even armed robbery is not a good enough reason for not making goal.

The team is young and energetic.

Cons

All stores seem to have a problem with over-hiring lab techs. They hire all of these people based on one or two busy times a year and then cannot afford to run with the additional staff the rest of the year.
