Beautiful campus. Great co-workers. Great products.

Cons

Unreliable commission process. When overpayments are made by the commission team, the seller is made to repay the debt with no options for a repayment plan. The overpayment is retrieved without any notification to the seller. There is no opportunity to discuss the root cause of the overpayment or a mutually acceptable repayment plan. The repayment is recouped with no regards to the financial hardship caused to the seller. The employee is being penalized for a broken commissions process.
