      Pros

      When right managent are involved it is a very satisfying environment to work.

      Cons

      Quite a bit of turnover at executive/decision maker level. Significant layoffs. New management do not work from a strength based approach but rather threaten to "put on plan" should one not hit their numbers.

      Pros

      Flexibility - work from home of office is great. Must have an entreprenurial spirit to work at Lenovo. - can paint outside the lines. Open to new ideas... really want to listen to employees and give them leverage to make decisions and execute accordingly.

      Cons

      Must have the frame of mind to paint and work outside the lines. Some employees lack accountability for what they can / cannot do and will deflect such. IBM needs to be a better partner to Lenovo
