Improved ability to think on your feet, reliable production workers, get extremely good at covering one's backside.

Cons

Corporate culture is a blame game at best, Exec is an old boys club form one particular former employer with poor performers protected. Extremely heavily loaded corporate side with sites left to fend for themselves and beg for improvement money. Capex process is a joke, with the same amount of paperwork required for $10k to $10M, all to be approved via France. No real sense of direction or purpose.

A great company with great brands and superior quality products, but with a weak and immature leadership team in Mexico.

Global processes well defined and implemented across the different countries, regional approach according to the market opportunities, global brands with an excellent positioning in consumer preferences.

Cons

Production processes too old that generate lack of competitiveness, additional compensation benefits compared to similar companies are too low, top leadership of the company is too immature considering the competitors landscape.
