Pros
Improved ability to think on your feet, reliable production workers, get extremely good at covering one's backside.
Cons
Corporate culture is a blame game at best, Exec is an old boys club form one particular former employer with poor performers protected. Extremely heavily loaded corporate side with sites left to fend for themselves and beg for improvement money. Capex process is a joke, with the same amount of paperwork required for $10k to $10M, all to be approved via France. No real sense of direction or purpose.
