The best part is the quarterly bonus & got 13month salary. Workwise, depends on the department and job scope. Always celebrate various event.

Cons

Did not cover parking, and medical benefit is a bit limited for shared service. Also for “growth”, need to be more good with good politics.

Employees sales allow to buy Kering products for very low prices and that is pretty much the only benefit

Cons

It felt like a chaotic environment, it is a young group that is still developing and it feels like it The quality of your life or work completely depends on the quality of your direct superior and they can make your life easy or a complete nightmare with lots of pressure and requests (which can be normal in every environment but the difference among teams I have seen here is staggering) Work from home was allowed but it depends on how your boss sees it Very high turnover, people come and go all the time The benefits are pretty average, nothing great
