One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Kering was the chance to expand my professional network. The company fostered a collaborative culture that encouraged employees to connect and collaborate across different departments and teams. This not only enhanced my understanding of various aspects of the business but also provided valuable insights into different perspectives and approaches to problem-solving.

Cons

While there were many positive aspects to working at this company, one significant challenge was the lack of work-life balance. The company culture often prioritized work over personal time, leading to long hours and a high-stress environment. This imbalance made it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle and attend to personal responsibilities outside of work. But then again, culture plays an important part of this aspect as well.
