Pros

-lots of activities -relaxed dress code -can make great friends

Cons

-pay -terrible middle management -unspoken hierarchy between departments - uses laid back "Start up" atmosphere to give employees terrible wages, and the bare minimum for paid vacation and sick days -not uncommon to replace fulltime employees with interns

Pros

Can be fun, the people I worked with were great, the wider teams and management were not so much.

Cons

Lack of benefits, HR department are useless, company is more interested in sacking people than helping them to improve. I witnessed that alot in my time there. Salary is also lower than industry average for most jobs across the company.

work hard play hard attitiude, call centre is quite fun and lively, parties and events are pretty good

Cons

departments don't have much communication ie the left hand doesn't always know what the right hand is doing alot of internal politics very cl icky company, area's of selling not evenly distributed alot of bs being told by senior management to employees
