work hard play hard attitiude, call centre is quite fun and lively, parties and events are pretty good
Cons
departments don't have much communication ie the left hand doesn't always know what the right hand is doing alot of internal politics very cl icky company, area's of selling not evenly distributed alot of bs being told by senior management to employees
