Friendly peers, always something new round the corner - very startup mentality

Cons

It depends on how lucky you are in getting your teams. Mine was a absolute disaster, and I think hearing from others it is the same. Then again, this is only a personal opinion Horrible management, hire wrong people for their roles, no benefits, only higher management gets a good perks, very low growth, non-existent work life balance. If I was ye, the reader, only come here if you outta options.
