- Good work life balance and hybrid working (department dependent)

Cons

- The pay increase provided in 2026 was far below inflation - Management can be quite autocratic at times - Very difficult to get promoted or move around the company. I have been stuck on the same project for quite a few years now which limits progression and career development. - There are no free coffee options in the office so you either need to bring your own coffee in or purchase coffee at quite expensive prices from the on-site coffee locations.
